EU DPP deadlines

Every row carries its certainty level: statutory (fixed in law) and expected (work plan / cross-checked) are kept strictly apart — expected dates are never dressed up as enacted ones. Facts already in force get their own label.

Discipline Duties attach at the time of placing on the market or putting into service (batteries: Art 77(1)) and are not retroactive. Until a delegated act is adopted, every category other than batteries and detergents is “expected”. Any claim that a category is “mandatory from 20XX” ahead of official adoption loses to EUR-Lex.
